PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Hawkridge (“we”, “us”) is a digital marketing and creative intelligence studio operating from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what happens to the information you share through this website, and the rights you hold over it under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What we collect, and why
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send through the consultation form: your name, business name, email address or phone number, the service you are interested in, and your project description. We use it for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. The lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone instead, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and your phone provider’s terms; we see only what you send us.
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). When email delivery is available, they are forwarded to our inbox through our email delivery provider (Resend). If delivery is unavailable, the website tells you clearly that the details were not delivered to our inbox and offers WhatsApp or phone instead. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website: they are validated, forwarded when possible and discarded. Any resulting email is retained in our inbox only as long as the enquiry and any subsequent relationship requires, and we delete correspondence that no longer serves a purpose.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The only browser storage used is a single session flag that prevents the opening animation from replaying as you browse — it identifies nothing and nobody, and it disappears when you close the browser. Because nothing here requires consent, there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thehawkridge.com, contact us on 07392 700 703 or through WhatsApp and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If how we handle information changes, this page will change with it, with the date above updated. This policy is drafted in good faith and in plain language; it has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor, and formal legal review is recommended before relying on it in a dispute.
